You are passionate about innovation and digital transformation – so are we! Our IT teams are actively involved in business process design and Group-wide projects. We don’t let IT do it, we do it ourselves. Join us and use your expertise to become part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for
- Developing, planning and managing IT projects for the STORE MANAGEMENT, HUMAN RESOURCES or FINANCE departments
- Project planning of new solutions including sound decision support and profitability analysis
- Ensuring that projects achieve their objectives in terms of quantity, quality, time and budget
- Reporting project results to division managers, department heads and the steering committee
- Determining the need for action at strategic and operational level
- Identification, analysis and evaluation of quality, cost and performance potential in logistics processes
- Development of alternative courses of action
- For the Berlin location: Travel to the company headquarters in Braunschweig
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Successfully completed studies in the field of (business) informatics, economics or comparable studies
- Several years of professional experience in project management or IT, ideally in a consulting environment
- Strong IT affinity and understanding of processes
- Ideally good understanding of methods in project management
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Conceptual understanding, strong implementation and good communication skills
- Initiative, flexibility and a confident manner
- Entrepreneurial and results-oriented way of working
