What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Identify and refine customer needs, ensuring alignment with program strategy and priorities
- Refine the vision of the program and products alongside the product owner
- Break down the program vision into features, epics, and user stories
- Standardize the delivery of user stories for technical refinement
- Manage communication between primary stakeholders and the development team
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Communications
- 8+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Must reside and work in the United States for at least 3 full years out of the last 5 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Experience on a software development team
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Communications
- Experience with SQL
- Experience working with ETL pipelines or data-driven frameworks
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience working with the Scaled Agile Framework
- Federal Government contracting work experience
- Prior experience working remotely full-time
