Required Qualifications: This position requires an Associates degree and a minimum of six (6) months experience in sales, recruitment, student enrollment, banking, or related field. World-class customer service skills are essential.

**Working Hours: **Work hours will vary between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Occasional evenings and weekends hours are required. This position will be based at the Flagler/Palm Coast. However, responsibilities of this position may require travel for temporary assignment or permanent relocation to any of Daytona State College campuses.

Key Responsibilities **: ** This is not a comprehensive list of responsibilities.

  • Informs and assists students with the enrollment and registration processes via phone, email, chat, and in person in a timely and efficient manner with a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Assists students in the completion of required forms and documents, resolving registration issues, processing administrative changes, review transcripts, request documentation, process reinstatements and withdrawals, and resets student passwords. This also includes schedule lookups and adjustments, and the issuing of parking permits and official campus identification.
  • Demonstrate knowledge regarding applicable Department / College and State / Federal regulations, policies and procedures relating to the enrollment process, appeals, graduation, scholarships, and other general knowledge necessary to communicate with the public (students, parents, staff, and faculty).

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills, both oral and in writing
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Competent level of Microsoft Office products and other computer software programs
