Job Description
Workplace Experience is part of Deutsche Telekom IT with end-to-end responsibility for all services around the digital workplace, digital collaboration, Identity and Access Management and user support for employees of the Deutsche Telekom Group. The goal is to enable and enhance the users’ productivity and experience. Workplace Experience acts as product provider with a comprehensive, standardized product portfolio, offering products to all DT units globally.
In this role you will support the implementation of software and applications in our corporate environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the whole implementation process and supervising the operation of the software. The tasks are very varied, but can be described according to a well-defined system. For example:
- Consulting with clients to understand their specific needs
- Verifying and managing software licenses for technical feasibility
- Providing information for Technical Compliance Checks and coordinating with the Technical Experts Team
- Reviewing installation instructions and managing the testing process
- Ensuring necessary framework conditions are met, such as test configurations
- Regularly collaborating with the technical team to ensure seamless software access
- Coordinating and supervising software rollouts
- Maintaining contact with vendors throughout the software lifecycle
Qualifications
- Proficiency in German and English (at least B2 level)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Experience with JIRA (preferred)
- Understanding of the software development process (preferred)
