Job Description
This position is filled in the Digital Solutions portfolio unit of T-Systems International GmbH. As Germany’s largest digital service provider, we shape the digital world together with our customers in a constantly growing market.
We are setting up a new project for one of our world-leading automotive partners and we are looking for a Project Management Officer to support our project teams delivering the solutions to our partner in a SAFe agile environment.
Position Description
- Supporting projects as a member of the Project Management Office based on the PMI and T-Systems project management standards as well as SAFe values
- Liaise with team to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Keeping contact with clients, forwarding and mediating demands, expectations or problems
- Regular monitoring of progress, analyzing processes, making regular status reports
- Managing and supporting the daily work of the project team (facilitate telephone conferences, international meetings, taking meeting minutes, etc.)
- Communicating with the stakeholders
- Project administration, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, templates and reports
- Strong attention to details, ability to work in multitasking environment, with remote teams and support several stakeholders at the same time
Qualifications
- 1- 2 years experience in project administration
- Fluent German and English knowledge
- Professional MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Professional knowledge and experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge of Agile methods with special focus on SAFe methodology
