For the Ministry of Finance and Europe of the State of Brandenburg we are looking for a

Clerk (f/m/d)*

in the area of IT system administration/IT control center and for digitization

(up to EG 12 TV-L, up to A 13g BbgBesO)

The above position in the E-Government, Digitization, Information and Communication Technology (excluding Tax Administration) (EDIT) staff unit in Department 1 is to be filled on a permanent basis as soon as possible.

The focus of the job lies in

  • providing technical and specialist advice and support to the MdFE’s departments in the introduction of IT specialist procedures, in particular the development of specialist concepts, further development of the MdFE’s digitization strategy and collaboration on IT projects,
  • the administration and operation of IT processes at the MdFE (change management),
  • the support of users in the context of program operation
  • Participation in strategies and solution concepts for digitization for the entire business area of the MdFE, in particular
    • the accompanying management of digitization projects,
    • drafting statements on digitization and e-government issues,
    • Preparation and follow-up of meetings of interministerial working groups,
  • cross-state and cross-departmental activities in e-government,
    • Supporting the activities of cross-state committees and institutions on information technology
    • Implementation of the Online Access Act and coordination in the MdFE’s area of responsibility

You have

  • a university degree (Diplom FH/HS or Bachelor) in the fields of computer science, information and communication technology, administrative or business informatics or e-government (essential).

Desirable

  • but not a prerequisite, you bring knowledge in the field of e-government (E-Government Act of the State of Brandenburg, Online Access Act, Trust Service Ordinance) as well as
  • in the organization and implementation of digitization or e-government projects and experience in IT system administration.

In addition, we expect

  • the willingness to familiarize yourself quickly and comprehensively with the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
  • the ability to combine and deepen subject-related and interdisciplinary knowledge and to apply it in action contexts,
  • a pronounced sense of judgment,
  • high resilience and flexibility,

  • a high degree of independent action and
  • negotiating skills, consulting and above-average communication skills.

The post / job is graded up to salary group A 13g BbgBesO or up to pay group 12 TV-L. If the personal and professional requirements are met, a classification up to EG 12 TV-L is possible.
