About the project, This team delivers Machine Learning and Search solutions to build resilient and scalable consumer products. This team has two charters of powering ML-optimized user experiences across our consumer surfaces and building a platform for organized, consistent and relevant search results to consumers.

Your responsibilities, Collaborate with our Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to set and execute Consumer ML and Search platform strategy, Recruit and hire senior engineers, Coach, develop, retain, and provide feedback to team members, Organize the Consumer Search and ML team as necessary to fulfill its mandate, Establish OKRs and critical metrics to set the engineering team’s direction and measure its success, Create a long term technical roadmap that enables the team to keep up with our fast growing business, Build a strong engineering culture around innovation, accountability, empathy, and execution
