Your responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of drug portfolio models and algorithms using R and Python
- Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
- Creatively approaching problem-solving to address analytical questions
- Ability to present complex information to non-Data Scientist team members in an understandable manner
- Collaboration with the development team to progress the project forward and be flexible when there are changes to accommodate
If you possess…
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in varied data science roles
- Ability to do statistical sampling (distributions, sampling methods) and data fitting (regression, spline methods)
- Working Knowledge in developing models
- Extensive experience in Python and R programming, data science libraries and frameworks
- Familiarity with the R Studio platform, including R Shiny
- Able to translate business problems and questions to programmable solutions, making own decisions along the way
- Great communication skills and the ability to coordinate with team members and stakeholders
- Independently ideates, evaluates, and goes back to the drawing board
- Self-starter who works independently and doesn’t wait for instructions
- Available near-term, start within 2 months
Preferred requirements:
- Good knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques
- Experience in data visualization tools like D3.js, GGplot, etc.
- Experience with drug portfolio strategy
