From conceptualization to detailed planning, you’ll lead the charge in crafting logical and technical blueprints for ICT systems. Your expertise in software development will be pivotal as you communicate and plan software architectures, guiding teams through strategic decision-making and project execution. Get ready to initiate game-changing projects, evaluate emerging technologies, and provide expert consultation every step of the way.
Job Responsibilities:
Consultation :
- Provide expert advice to clients and project teams, collaborating to tackle complex system challenges and drive innovation.
- Proactively propose innovative solutions, managing client demands for cutting-edge technology.
- Support management with high-level pre-sales insights, exploring potential risks and opportunities for optimization.
Systems Development, Testing, and Defect Prevention:
- Develop new technical solutions aligned with client needs, ensuring clarity and operability.
- Collaborate closely with clients to clarify requirements and oversee technical aspects of development projects.
- Assess human resource needs and conduct professional consultations with various stakeholders.
Project Management and Participation:
- Take ownership of project technology decisions, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues as a mentor and coach, driving professional growth and motivation.
Documentation :
- Document systems from multiple viewpoints, adhering to standards and meeting business requirements.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant work experience in a related field.
Experience :
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in ICT systems engineering, software development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving projects to successful completion.
Skills :
- Proficiency in designing and documenting system architectures.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in ICT systems engineering.
- Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written.
Other :
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architect frameworks such as TOGAF or ZACHMAN is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and drive continuous improvement.
