To sustain our success in the Hungarian market, we are looking for the right people to generate innovation and drive change together. We are inviting a Market Research Analyst to join our esteemed Production team. Every day, you will analyze the online education and labor market in Hungary, and directly influence the development of our online courses.
Let’s get to the tasks:
- conduct education and labor market research and generate ideas for course topics;
- research and identify our target audience for the courses based on their needs and other factors;
- together with the marketing team, run marketing tests to measure the potential of the topic and find patterns in the market;
- collaborate with Production team to come up with new ideas for the courses;
- optimize the overall process of course topic selection.
Requirements
To do this, you’ll need some skills:
- 1+ year of experience in researching digital products or markets or marketing analytics;
- backgrounds in working with analytics and data;
- proficiency in Hungarian and at least Upper-intermediate in English;
- understanding of Hungarian business trends, and top companies in the market;
- backgrounds in working with different analytics tools (Google Spreadsheets, Excel, Power BI, etc.);
- systemic product thinking and skills in prioritizing tasks;
- detail-orientation mindset and ability to communicate cross-functionally.
