Our multinational client is looking for motivated candidates to join their growing team as a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst.

We are looking for you, if you…

  • enjoy helping people,
  • like analyzing and solving problems,
  • and speak any of the following languages: German, French, Dutch, Polish.
  • No previous relevant expereince needed
  • No IT knowledge needed (trainings will be provided to learn the basic IT skills required for the job)

Elvárások / Requirements

Must have:

  • High school diploma  
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in any of the following languages: German, French, Dutch, Polish
  • Intermediate English knowledge 

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in Service Desk, Help Desk,Customer Care, Customer Support roles
  • Basic Windows, Office 365, and Network troubleshooting skills
