Our multinational client is looking for motivated candidates to join their growing team as a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst.
We are looking for you, if you…
- enjoy helping people,
- like analyzing and solving problems,
- and speak any of the following languages: German, French, Dutch, Polish.
- No previous relevant expereince needed
- No IT knowledge needed (trainings will be provided to learn the basic IT skills required for the job)
Elvárások / Requirements
Must have:
- High school diploma
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in any of the following languages: German, French, Dutch, Polish
- Intermediate English knowledge
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in Service Desk, Help Desk,Customer Care, Customer Support roles
- Basic Windows, Office 365, and Network troubleshooting skills
