Responsibilities:
•Participation in first-line customer service activities.
•Performing simple tasks related to system administration (e.g. creating/deleting users, managing groups, M365, etc.)
•Support Graphisoft employees at HQ as well as globally.
•Provide active support to the IT Service Desk team.
•Support for creating an asset inventory.
•Support for keeping other records related to the IT process.
•Customer-friendly behavior is expected in an internal support position.
