DecisionWanted, an AI-based job and candidate search platform for IT, was created to simplify and speed up the process of matching employers with employees.
Today, we want to tell you about three ways to test the efficiency and operation of DecisionWanted without logging in to your account or even registering.
Finding relevant candidates for a job
To find out if there are relevant candidates for your job as soon as possible, open a chatbot in Telegram @DecisionWantedBot and copy your job posting.
Be sure to add the job hashtag in English, as shown in the video, and the bot will show you how many potential candidates are on the site and drop a link, and then you just need to click on the link, create your profile on the platform, and choose the best one.
View candidates
If you’re not entirely sure whether to use DecisionWanted or just need to browse available candidates for the skills you need, this feature is for you.
- On the main page of the site, find the “Job Description” field.
- Copy the requirements from the job posting and click “Search for candidates”.
The system will send you to a page with candidates who are potentially suitable for your job. And you can decide for yourself whether the system will be useful for you and whether to use it in the future.
To view profiles and contact job seekers, you need to register.
Posting a job
This is a new opportunity to post a job on DecisionWanted quickly and easily.
To do this, you need to log in to your account on the site, select the job section, and post a job.
In the “Job Description” field, enter your text.
Click on any other field and within two seconds all your specified requirements appear in the Skills section.
Now all you have to do is edit the text if it was recognized incorrectly – click on the requirement and choose what you need.
If a skill is required, specify the level of proficiency in that skill. If necessary, you can also specify how many years of experience are required.
When you’ve edited all the skills, you’ll also need to specify the language the candidate needs to speak, select the level of proficiency, and the company name. If you don’t want to disclose the name, just select NDA.
Next, choose the type of company, type of employment, cooperation options, and specify the amount of salary and its type.
If you do not want to disclose the amount of your salary, simply check the box “Hide from display on the website”. Next, if necessary, you can specify the candidate’s location, the location of the work office, the candidate’s citizenship or work visa, the time zone in which the candidate will work, and specify additional requirements, if any. After that, click “Create job”.
If you forgot to add something, the system will ask you to add details later, and you can always edit the job afterwards. Finally, don’t forget to enter a job title, and then click “Create job” again and your job is created.
