Role Overview: As a Systems Specialist for the Radio Online application, you’ll play a crucial role in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing system rules and integrations. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in Motorola Solutions, Inc.’s methodologies, seeking to leverage their expertise in a dynamic, agile environment. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain system rules for the Radio Online application, aligning with Motorola Solutions, Inc.’s product and system guidelines. * Conduct comprehensive integration and system testing in a cloud environment. * Collaborate closely with software developers to refine and advance Radio Online. * Provide timely support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. * Contribute effectively to a mature, small-scale Agile team. * Facilitate user training sessions for the Radio Online application, both online and in-person. Basic Qualifications: * Experience with Motorola Solutions systems, particularly ASTRO 25, MOTOTRBO, MCC7500E, and AXS Consoles and their ordering processes. * Solid foundation in JavaScript, including proficiency with variables, loops, conditional statements, and functions. * Minimum of 5 years experience in system design with deep understanding of multiple MSI LMR products. * Able to wrote high level scripting code and work on an Agile development team building and improving models available within Radio Online (ROL). * Familiarity of ROL is required. Preferred Qualifications: * Advanced JavaScript skills. * Experience with automated testing tools and familiarity with CI/CD practices. * Knowledge of Agile project management principles. * Background in web application development, with a focus on QA and testing.
