Your new role
Full development/delivery/maintenance project life cycle ownership Creates estimates, release plans and project deliveries
Coordinates regarding software deliveries with the senior and account managment
Manages the day-to-day development team activities and resources, as of relevant software methodologies
Manages development/delivery projects and tracks time and cost
Manages post delivery software maintenance activities
Participates/chairs meetings with customer and team
Maintains good working relations with customer technical staff and management
Reports progress both internal and to customer
Maintains supportive and stimulating work atmosphere within team
Understands customer requirements, can deduct and formulate the underlying technical and usability requirements, performance criteria and feasible high level solutions
Manage organizational resources according to project delivery planning
Define and report on budgets such as headcount, contractors and partners, trainings, licenses, etc.
Perform recruiting activities to hire best talent
Conduct performance evaluations and work on career goals with each team member
Mentor team members, mediate and resolve conflicts
What you’ll need to succeed
You have bachelor’s degree with focus on software engineering You have 3+ experience as Team Lead/Delivery Manager
You have a solid experience in software development
You have a very good understanding of business processes
You have the following strengths: abitilty to deliver peak performance even under time pressure; excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to lead and motivate staff
You would like to use your excellent English on a daily basis
You are willing to travel
