We are seeking a qualified IT Manager to oversee the management and coordination of our company’s information technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our technical support team, implementing new technologies, maintaining network security, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the technical support department, including infrastructure and systems. Lead a team of technical support, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Refine IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of company data. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity. Manage vendor relationships. Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all employee hardware and software. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for data security and privacy. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees. Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry trends. Qualifications Degree in Information Technology or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role. Proven experience leading and managing IT teams. In-depth knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems. Strong understanding of information security principles and best practices. Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in configuring and securing Microsoft cloud technologies including Office 365, Azure, and Entra ID Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
