The Data Integration Specialist is responsible for onboarding and maintaining SentriLock’s real estate customers listing & agent data provided by partner associations and MLS’s. This requires working directly with internal and external clients to interpret & communicate data integration requirements for both parties and then successfully integrating them into SentriLock’s database via data import technologies such as API, RETS, and SFTP. This is a hands-on technical role that ensures the success of ever-changing support of strategic initiatives in modernizing our systems and processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a data migration point-of-contact during implementation process, conversions, and migrations for new and existing customers. o Able to create, understand, and document data flows and their relationship to the business o Detail-focused in reviewing all imported customer data daily for accuracy o Write API’s and web services to permit a bi-directional flow of data o Work with FTP/SFTP/RETS/API technologies to extract customer data from third parties o Continuously update and maintain project and ticket tracking on assignments o Establish vendor relationships and effectively communicate to resolve issues Ensure all data imports and job automations are successful. o Create custom MySQL queries to determine data accuracy in a timely fashion o Security-focused to assist in enhancing our systems continuously for the best security posture possible o Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data records Serve as a technical expert regarding data feeds, data integration, and segmentation techniques. o Assist in the deprecation of legacy FTP & SFTP customer data feeds o Document processes for internal and external customers’ review o Troubleshoot, resolve and repair data issues experienced o Communicate issue and resolution effectively with technical and nontechnical, internal and external customers. Make recommendations to management on integration technologies to consider Other duties as assigned. o Participate in projects assigned by manager o Maintain and follow ISO standards o Seek out and complete appropriate training, development and research Knowledge of department processes o Support the mission and goals of the company Requirements Educational Requirements Associates Degree in a Technology Related Field Required Experience Requirements Intermediate to expert experience with MySQL databases & Linux Able to write queries to obtain accurate data returned, update and create records Able to manage and process data feeds from multiple sources 2+ Experience with API/RETS/SFTP/FTP data migration technologies preferred
