The role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Stack Developer. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with technical initiatives and drive the development and maintenance of our systems.
As a Full-Stack Developer at Relatable, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape. We are looking for a self-sufficient full-stack developer with expertise in Node.js and React. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to independently analyze requirements, implement solutions, and spearhead improvement initiatives, while also actively engaging in hands-on development tasks and providing oversight to the team.
Responsibilities:
– Independently analyze project requirements and develop technical solutions
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency
– Act as a point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues together with the development team
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions
– Actively work hands-on to solve projects, bugs, coding challenges, and other technical problems, leading by example in the application of coding best practices and troubleshooting techniques
– Proactively identify and address technical challenges to mitigate project risks
– Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making processes
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
– Experience as a full-stack developer, with proficiency in Node.js and React
– Experience in source code (including but not limited to HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript)
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels
– A passion for continuous learning and professional development
– Fluent in English

Additional Information:
This is a part-time position (50%) with the ability to work fully remote. 60% of the role is pivoted towards system maintenance and 40% towards system development and new features.
