OCHIN is excited to support our continued national expansion and the increasing demand for our innovative tools and services by welcoming new talent to our growing team.Position OverviewThe Project Manager supports the mission of OCHIN by providing project leadership for any assigned project, possibly including third party vendor implementation, Epic enhancements, and internal technical projects. Project Managers scope, plan, oversee and document all aspects of multiple concurrent projects with varying degrees of complexity within the organization. This role regularly consults with upper management to ensure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, collaborating across the organization for support. Project Managers work closely with project champions and owners to achieve successful project execution and assist with resource management of cross-functional teams.Essential DutiesScoping and requirements gathering for assigned projectsBuild, manage, and organize appropriate project plans for any assigned projectsDevelop, maintain, and revise all project materialsTrack progress of projects and ensure all milestones and timelines are met, quickly identifying and escalating any risks to meeting these milestones and timelinesCollaborate and negotiate with project sponsors and other stakeholders on project management strategy, timeframes, and specific outcomes to be achievedIdentify relevant stakeholders and building communication strategies to ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet desired outcome metricsIdentify, escalate, and mitigate project risks and issues, communicating project status, and negotiate changes in project scope, resources, or timeline to ensure that the project sponsor and the partner or member are satisfied with project resultsProvide coordination among multiple parties who may be participating in technical projects (vendors, OCHIN, members, and external partners) to bring alignment and shared understandings of project scope, timelines, milestones, and expectations.Employ change management strategies and tacticsWork closely with project sponsors, OCHIN management, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects and project tactics align with OCHIN’s strategic goalsProvide excellent customer service to members and to other external and internal project stakeholdersAssist in establishing and maintaining organizational project management methodology and proceduresCollaborate on process improvements within team and participate in process improvement effortsAssist in identification of opportunities for process and quality improvement both internally to OCHIN and by informing members of other OCHIN services available to themCoordinate with partner site project managers to obtain necessary information, data, and input to achieve on-time member set-up goalsAssist in development and strategy of customer service policies and toolsProvide on-site coordination and leadership for managing any project to successful completionParticipate in organizational strategic planning and alignment with resulting goals and tacticsOther duties as assigned RequirementsBachelor’s Degree (Healthcare, Health Informatics preferred) and a minimum of 3-years of experience or a combination of college education for a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience requiredMinimum 3-years of experience in complex project management, preferably in a healthcare and/or IT setting, including 3,000+ hours leading and managing projectsProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification requiredCertification in agile, scrum, waterfall, lean or other methodologies preferredProven success in internal and external communication and relationship management with all levels of expertise from administrative to executiveTechnical aptitude to fully understand and gain the necessary knowledge required to effectively collaborate with members and team members on any project assignedProficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or similar system preferredMust have technical aptitude to fully understand and gain the necessary knowledge required to effectively collaborate with membersStrong analytical, problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsFor this fully remote position, ideal candidate will have experience working with fully remote project teams and leading projects to successful completionStrong potential for self-direction/self-management skills with the ability to work independently and effectively as a sole contributor and as part of a teamBase Pay OverviewThe typical offer range for this role is minimum to midpoint, ($81,669 – $106,170) with the midpoint representing the average pay in a national market scope for this position . Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors directly relevant to this position, including, but not limited to, skills, knowledge, training, responsibility, and experience, as well as internal equity and alignment with market dataWork Location and Travel RequirementsThe typical offer range for this role is minimum to midpoint, with the midpoint representing the average pay in a national market scope for this position.
