Minimum 5 years of Technical Project/Program management experience or deep technical knowledge of Cloud Product solutions and customer usage experience 2+ years of experience in Cloud / IT operation, software engineering, systems engineering or similar experience Certifications: PMP or CSM preferred Proficiency in M.S. Project, M.S. Office required Experience with ServiceNow product implementations, upgrades, and expansion Technical project planning, monitoring and controlling the project performance Assist PMO Directors to implement portfolio, program and project management best practices Communicate project status, issues and risks timely to all stake holders, cross functional teams and managers.
