Strategic and Leadership Transform business needs into actionable, high-impact Salesforce configurations and development roadmaps aligned with key driver goals. Leverage data analytics and visualizations to create compelling insights that inform strategic business decisions and drive continuous improvement. Partner with leadership to define critical performance indicators (KPIs) for the Salesforce environment and report on progress. Innovation and Expertise Optimize and maintain the performance and scalability of the company’s multi-org Salesforce environment for peak efficiency. Design, develop, test, and deploy innovative business solutions across Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud to enhance user experience and achieve business objectives. Automate and optimize processes through workflows, flows, and custom configurations for improved data accuracy, efficiency, and user productivity. Stay ahead of with the latest Salesforce technologies and standard methodologies, exploring and recommending innovative solutions. Design and implement sophisticated integrations with external systems for flawless data flow and automation. Develop custom applications and functionalities to address unique business needs and extend Salesforce capabilities. Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concepts for new Salesforce features and functionality. Conduct training workshops and share knowledge about Salesforce standard methodologies with the wider organization. Compliance and Security Own and implement security standard methodologies within the Salesforce environment, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. Conduct regular security audits and implement robust access controls and user permissions. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity in case of system outages. Stay up to date on relevant data privacy regulations and ensure compliance with laws. Collaborate with InfoSec to address security concerns and potential vulnerabilities. Communication and Collaboration Effectively communicate sophisticated technical concepts to stakeholders with varying levels of Salesforce expertise. Build strong relationships with business users and capture feedback to advise Salesforce strategy and development. Present clear and concise reports and recommendations to leadership on the performance and impact of the Salesforce environment. Participate in collaborative workshops and meetings to define requirements and ensure project alignment. Document workflows, processes, and configurations for long-term maintainability and knowledge sharing. Release Management and Administration Implement, lead, and optimize Salesforce DevOps automation, including project configuration, environments, Git integration, and release pipelines. Develop and carry out Copado governance policies and procedures to ensure data security, consistency, and compliance across development environments. Plan and implement deployments across multiple Salesforce environments using Copado, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime. Automate repetitive tasks within Copado workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Integrate Copado with other DevOps tools and platforms to create a flawless development and deployment pipeline. Minimum Requirement: Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and 5+ experience (Salesforce with DevOps and Copado experience).
