Responsibilities:
Administrates and operates MOL Group cyber security IAM solutions Coordinates and drives integration and customisation of IAM solutions according to the MOL Cyber Security requirements Represents a Level 3 Subject Matter Expert role for IAM technologies with special focus on MOL’s IAM system Assess business requirements, define and implement enhancements into IAM solutions Develop custom solutions or processes to automatize repetitive tasks and increase team productivity Maintain up to date documentation of designs/configurations/processes Apply existing knowledge and practical experience to create innovative solutions for MOL Group Oversee the collaboration with vendors to enable the delivery of business requirements Support cyber security activities to ensure secure operation and compliance with the security principles
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in IT/Security General experience in IAM principles and architecture Know-how and practical experience in planning and implementing of Identity and Access Management Solutions – especially in the areas of user provisioning, federated identity management and / or privileged user management Experience in user and access concepts in Microsoft Active Directory Understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management System) technology and architecture Product know-how and experience in implementing identity management products (e.g. SailPoint IdentityIQ, One Identity Manager, PingFederate, SAP Identity Management, CyberArk Privileged Account Security Solution) Good knowledge of basic IT technologies and practical experience in the following subjects: Operating systems, databases (MS SQL Server), network technologies Scripting and programming experience (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Perl, C#, SQL) Advantage – experience with various security tools Advantage – experience with planning and implementation of LDAP directory services Language skills: English at activelevel,Hungarian (advantage),Slovakian (advantage)
