Assist in FTTH project bidding by providing expert engineering solutions, project plans, and accurate cost estimates. Support contract negotiations with clients, ensuring clear definitions of scope, responsibilities, pricing, acceptance criteria, invoicing, payments, penalties, and change conditions. Oversee contracts with outsourcing partners, ensuring critical risks are appropriately managed. Ensure high levels of customer and partner satisfaction. Establish and lead the FTTH project delivery team, creating a clear organizational structure and workflow. Drive project profitability and identify new business opportunities.

Degree in Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Project Management or equivalent At least 3 years of project management experience (FTTH project) Familiar with OSP and fixed line (FTTX, GPON, MSAN) Proficient in English and Hungarian Exceptional skills in customer relationship management
