Process Owner SAP SuccessFactors and Authorizations

(m/f/d) YOUR NEW JOB:

  • You will be the central point of contact for the conception, setup and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in the WIRTGEN GROUP and ensure long-term operations
  • As part of the team, you will organize Identity and Access Management in SAP and Microsoft and implement the relevant technical interface management in close cooperation with the departments involved (HR/IT)
  • You develop strategies for sustainable employee master data and organizational structure administration and thus ensure smooth personnel processes
  • You identify best-practice solutions, taking HR trends into account, and implement them across all locations

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, (business) engineering or (business) informatics (Master’s degree or comparable)
  • You already have several years of experience in the SAP HR environment (preferably with SuccessFactors EC and SAP HCM) and have successfully managed international projects
  • Your attitude is more important to us than your in-depth knowledge and experience: you have a positive attitude towards people and collaboration in interdisciplinary teams! You like to shape things, are passionate about driving change and want to make a difference!
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Project-related willingness to travel from the Windhagen site
