Your tasks
- Take on the disciplinary management of one of the online backend development teams of approx. 20 employees
- As Chapterlead Backend, provide your employees with guidance, ensure their personal and professional development and set the technological course
- Support the independent and self-organized deployment of your employees in the various squads according to their respective skills
- Forming a management team with your direct management colleagues in the specialist area that works together to ensure cross-team coordination and (personnel) planning
- Maintain contacts with various stakeholders within and outside the agile squads at TK and ensure efficient and effective use of resources
- Coordinate and set the course for the entire IT division, as backend development includes all interfaces of our web and app solutions to the TC internal system landscape
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science or comparable degree
- Several years of practical experience with complex system landscapes, in particular with architectural and security-related aspects
- Ideally initial management experience, but at least a high degree of empathy
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness, paired with an analytical mind and constructive conflict resolution
- Enjoy building networks and collaborations
- Familiarity with agile working methods based on an agile mindset
- Courage to deal with change, complexity and uncertainty
