What you can expect

As part of a highly qualified team, your tasks will include further expanding and optimizing the digital offerings of the City of Munich for its residents in order to actively meet the challenges of a rapidly growing metropolis. You will be responsible for the targeted expansion of attractive online offerings of the City of Munich and the provision of platforms that can be used city-wide on the basis of digital modules and tools. You will also be involved in the design of innovative services, support their implementation and provide technical support for the introduction of new services. You will also represent the team in city and external working groups on specific topics.

You have

  • a successfully completed university degree in the field of computer science, administrative informatics or business informatics or
  • a successfully completed university degree or equivalent skills and experience, in each case with many years (at least 3 years) of professional experience in the IT sector

In particular, you will have

  • Expertise: several years (at least 2 years) of experience in requirements analysis and conceptual activities, e.g. in the development and implementation of target group-oriented concepts, several years (at least 2 years) of experience in the field of organizational and technical process flows, analytical thinking and professional problem-solving skills
  • Result and goal orientation, in particular organizational talent and strategic skills
  • Communication skills, especially strong communication and motivation skills

Knowledge of legal frameworks and standards in connection with e-/Open Government is an advantage.
