You are passionate about innovation and digital transformation – so are we! Our IT teams are actively involved in business process design and Group-wide projects. We don’t let IT do it, we do it ourselves. Join us and use your expertise to become part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for

  • Administering, updating and optimizing the Matrix 42 Enterprise Service Management System. This includes but is not limited to the following modules: Service Desk, Self Service Portal, Service Catalog, Assets, Contracts and Licenses
  • Implementing innovative ideas as a product owner
  • Managing external service providers for extended troubleshooting
  • Designing, piloting and commissioning new functionalities within the system

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
  • Knowledge in handling and administering comparable applications in the area of service management and ticket systems is desirable
  • Good written and spoken English skills are desirable
  • An independent, structured way of working and a strong hands-on mentality
  • Team and communication skills
