Technical Lead (Newgen Software)
Cognizant is hiring a Technical Lead, a professional available to work with NewGen, low code application platform to develop and deploy complex, content-driven, and customer-engaging business applications on the cloud. From onboarding to service requests, lending to underwriting, and for many more use cases across industries.

Location : West Chester – OH (REMOTE)
Responsibilities :
•Able to Analyze product/ custom solution issues on Newgen implementation and collaborate with different teams for their resolution.
•Able to develop and support Newgen based implementation in existing platform
•Able to handle Newgen BPM model implementation and enhancements in that
•Work on Newgen Integration with external applications like OutSystems through API
•Able to work on Newgen DMS
•Build SSO based Implementation
•Able to perform improvement and Optimization on existing Newgen system.
•Able to work on Devops CI/CD pipeline for custom solution deployments.
•Able to work with Newgen vendor technical team and can resolve product related issues.
Required qualifications:
•8 -15 years of experience with Architecting Web Applications using Newgen, Java, J2EE,Hibernet, springboot Experience working on Newgen Content Services
•Good Experience in Agil Process and Project Management
•Good Knowledge in handling teams and providing technical guidance.
•Strong in Estimation Methodologies
•Client handling skill is Must.
•Experience working on Newgen Digital Management Framework (ADF)
•Experience working on Migrating Content to Newgen
•Strong Knowledge of Core Java, Spring Framework, REST Web Services
•Strong Knowledge in working with Newgen product technologies and integrations
Secondary Skills:
•Experience working on Maven
•Experience working on UI, Angular JS
•Experience working on RDBMS
•Cloud technologies (AWS/ Azure)
•Additional Skills:
•Ability to learn new technologies
•Exposure to Upgrades
Salary and other compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 07/15/2024
The annual salary for this position is between $109,000 to $131,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
