About the role:
We are seeking for MS365 Technical Specialist who will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions for our clients, including reporting and portal capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions according to client requirements
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Dynamics 365 and other reporting tools like Power BI.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 issues.
- Assist in the design and development of integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
- Work with project teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including portal configuration and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, functionality, integration.
- Acquaintance with with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Dynamics, Portal, and SSIS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus
