We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Account Based Marketing (ABM) Associate with a strong background in the healthcare domain to support our strategic ABM efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving targeted marketing initiatives, conducting in-depth research, and synthesizing complex information into actionable recommendations. This role requires a team player who is hungry to learn, thrives in ambiguous projects, and can navigate competing priorities. The ideal candidate will be excited to help shape the ABM function at LeanTaaS under the guidance of their manager. WHAT YOU’LL DO Utilize deep knowledge of the healthcare industry to develop targeted ABM strategies tailored to specific healthcare institutions and stakeholders Research and Synthesis – conduct thorough research to gather insights on target accounts, industry trends, competitive landscapes, and key decision-makers; synthesize complex information into actionable insights to inform marketing and sales strategies Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and marketing to develop and execute integrated ABM campaigns aligned with business objectives Ambiguous Project Management – thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage ambiguous projects with competing priorities; demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges Take ownership of ABM initiatives from conception to execution; proactively identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovative solutions Content Development – assist in the creation of personalized marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and presentations tailored to target accounts Performance Analysis – track and analyze the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives and drive pipeline Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, current market dynamics and new technologies in healthcare and marketing WHAT YOU’LL BRING Either a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related field, or a graduate-level degree (MHA, MPH, or similar) with a specialization in healthcare administration, public health, or data-related fields. Equivalent years of related experience will also be considered Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including key stakeholders, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable marketing strategy and tactics Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and build strong cross-functional relationships Self-motivation with a proactive and results-driven mindset Team player attitude whereno task is too small to be executed well BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE Proven experience in B2B and/or account-based marketing, preferably within the health tech or healthcare sector Familiarity with hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare IT systems Proven track record of driving successful ABM campaigns and generating pipeline Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) WHAT YOU’LL GET Intellectual and emotional satisfaction of solving tough operational problems in healthcare while improving patient access and saving lives!
