These are your tasks:
- You will support our team in the Group-wide support and further development of our IT infrastructure.
- This includes the installation, configuration, monitoring and administration of servers and applications in the Microsoft environment (e.g. Microsoft Active Directory, storage systems, firewall, VM Ware, Veeam).
- We are also happy to place the optimization of system availability, security and performance in your capable hands.
- We also welcome your support in maintaining our hardware, TCP/IP networks and their components.
- It goes without saying that you handle fault reports professionally and take care of their resolution, including prioritization, classification and escalation.
This is your profile:
- With a degree in IT or a comparable qualification, you are ideally prepared for this position.
- Ideally, you will have some professional experience in the field of IT infrastructure.
- You also have a good understanding of complex IT infrastructures and a good command of English.
- You have not yet gained experience in all the areas described? No problem, we will be happy to support you in your new role!
- On a personal level, you will impress us with your independent, solution-oriented and responsible way of working and you can also score points with a good sense of humor.
