About the project, We are looking for Agile Delivery Lead who is going to support one of our biggest clients – Royal Mail Group. It’s another milestone for our growing relationship with this client.
Your responsibilities, The Agile Delivery Lead ensures that teams organise themselves and deliver work according to Agile values and principles and follow the process and practices agreed by the teams and Royal Mail standards. The ADL both leads and helps the team to analyse requirements, understand the work required, and deliver this using Agile methods. This role combines aspects of a traditional Scrum Master role with aspects of a Delivery or Tech Lead.
Guide and coach the team to follow Agile/Scrum practices, Guide and coach the team to become self-organized, Help the team assess and improve their Agile maturity, Improve transparency within the team, Remove impediments and protect the team from unnecessary interruptions, Manage stakeholders (supporting the Product Owner) and report on delivery to the wider organisation, Take part in analysis, solution design and planning, Ensure teams are focussed on delivering quality and business value, Great level of English (C1 level)
