One exciting task we are faced with is the implementation of new software modules from a MES system called Nexeed Industrial Application System in Maklár plant therefore we are looking for Application Engineer Nexeed Key user/BMLP Process Expert.
AS BMLP Process expert you will be part of an international project team that is responsible for the successful implementation of Bosch Manufacturing and Logistics Platform. That requires participation in working groups, communication to value streams and central functions in order to review and align business processes, standards and deviations as well as plan and coordinate roll out activities by involving needed experts.
Your tasks:
During project phase
- Implementing and configuring the new MES (Nexeed IAS) modules in collaboration with internal IT departments (BD and BCI) to ensure seamless migration with existing systems and processes.
- Adapting the IT system during migration to the target business configuration, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Identifying and communicating any gaps in functionality and aligning them with business process experts to program management and contributing to the development requirements.
- Collaborating closely with central provider BD, BCI, plant experts, and the rollout team to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the Nexeed IAS MES System across the Vehicle Motion production plants.
- Execution of system tests
After project phase
- Provides support for the respective process area and is the first point of contact for Nexeed modules in case of problems or ambiguities
- Regularly performs data cleansing and maintenance tasks in the relevant modules
- Creates training documents for end users and documents process changes
- Creates support tickets, tracks progress and provides notification of resolution. If necessary, he contacts the global Process Solution Team and submits a ticket
- Conducts tests as part of TUs (technical upgrade), migrations, updates, system changes, etc
- Participation in the CSI Cycle program (Continuous Service Improvement)
- Supports the process expert/application owner in the implementation of larger projects and rollouts of system changes/adjustments
- Stimulates process improvements and supports the process experts in detailing the requirements and, if necessary, in the implementation
- Participation in MrP Key User control rounds
Képzettség
- Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- Experience as an Application Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in the industrial automation
- or manufacturing sector
- Technical understanding of IT systems (SAP, MES, Windows, Linux, databases)
- Ideally, basics of lean production and intra-logistics
- Ideally, experience with Nexeed Classic or other MES systems
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
- English knowledge is necessary both written and spoken for daily work. Independent, self-responsible and proactive working style
- Adaptable to changing requirements and circumstances
