Our international partner in aviation is looking for Application Support Engineer to join their team!
Your new role
- S upporting the departments, stakeholders and customers with regular or ad-hoc reports for further analysis,
- Executing functional application management of locally managed IT applications,
- Making arrangements for maintaining centrally managed IT applications,
- Receiving and handle incidents and manage system enhancement and implementation
- Ticketing
What you’ll need to succeed
• BSc/MSc degree with focus on ICT (Information Communication Technologies or Business Informatics)
• Minimum 3 years of experience with internal exposure or application management and reporting in a Shared Service Center environment
• Knowledge of AF & KL accounting systems and procedures
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Applications and database handling
• Programming skills
• Intermediate English in writing and verbally
• Hands on experience in leading BI tools (Spotfire, QlikView or MS Power BI)
• MS SQL server
• Microsoft Power Shell, Command Shell scripts, VBScripts
• Motivation to learn with Agile/SCRUM process
