We don’t let IT do it, we do it ourselves. Join us and use your expertise to become part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for

  • At New Yorker, you will be responsible for supporting our colleagues in the optimal use of our FINANCE applications
  • You solve and resolve problems in connection with the applications (2nd level support)
  • Together with the Application Consultants, you find optimal system solutions for the specialist departments
  • Working on the continuous improvement of the Microsoft Dynamics AX application is also one of your tasks
  • You will also be responsible for creating support documentation

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • Completed training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the IT environment
  • Experience in working with an ERP system (ideally with Microsoft Dynamics AX)
  • Knowledge of error diagnosis and troubleshooting of software applications
  • Strong willingness to provide service
  • Independent and analytical work as well as a high level of personal responsibility
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
