About the Role

Position: Assistant to the Vice President at Blue Wing Ads

Overview: We are looking for a motivated individual to work directly with our Vice President and assist with everything needed to get the job done efficiently. This includes drafting, proofreading, organizing emails, LinkedIn, Pipedrive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, multiple dashboards for reporting, and communicating with the rest of the team on a daily basis. You will also be on Zoom calls with partners and teammates to go over ideas on how to work together, reviewing current campaigns, and next steps to optimize in an effort to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transition into managing specific responsibilities, enhancing our team’s productivity.
  • Communicate effectively and accurately with partners and team members via Skype.
  • Use tools like Google Suites, Trello, Pipedrive, Zoom, and Skype.

About You

  • Experience: None required. We’re simply looking for the right person.
  • Schedule: Remote work, Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST (flexible)
  • Technical Needs: A quiet workspace, reliable laptop, camera, and high-speed internet connectivity.
  • Requirements: Fluent in English (oral and written), self-motivated, exceptional organizational skills, proficient in time management and attention to detail.
