The Measurement team within Digital Enablement focuses on building innovative products that empower brands with actionable outcomes and evaluation of marketing efforts through comprehensive & precise measurement solutions. As part of our Measurement Product Organization, you partner with experts across various healthcare verticals, including pharma, agencies, providers, publishers, and channel partners, with the opportunity to innovate and help to shape industry standards for media measurement and optimization. Our solutions enable data-driven decision making at all stages of the media lifecycle across DTC (Direct to Consumer) and HCP (Healthcare Professional) campaigns, powered by real-world IQVIA data. This role will contribute to the innovation of new products and productization of existing measurement capabilities. Reporting to the Measurement Methodology Lead, this role will work with the Integrated Measurement Offering team supporting the build of robust offerings for our clients. The Product Owner will be responsible for staying ahead of industry trends and keeping all solutions relevant to clients. This is an excellent opportunity to innovate and help to shape industry best standards for media measurement and optimization. The ideal candidate possesses several years of healthcare media experience with purchasing and/or measuring DTC and HCP media across many channels (e.g. Linear TV, email, Digital). This is a great opportunity to work with a team of innovators to help improve measurement offerings to healthcare clients. Tasks & Responsibilities: Contribute to the product strategy and innovation roadmap for a core set of existing and new product offerings Bring media expertise to recommend enhancements and innovation to IQVIA’s measurement suite Maintain continuous feedback mechanisms with internal and external stakeholders to inform product priorities and successful selling. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Data Management, to bring new solutions to market Become an expert in IQVIA’s measurement products and the value they bring to clients Education & Requirements: Preferred Pharmaceutical media expertise in HCP and/or Direct-to-Consumer space Media Agency, Endemic Publisher, Brand Marketing Team, etc. Experience buying or selling Linear and Addressable TV preferred Experience buying or selling HCP media preferred Cross-functional collaboration experience Strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and online communication skills 8+ years of experience 5+ years of experience tying media performance to patient and/or consumer behavior change (preferred) Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Healthcare, or similar background required #digitalenablement IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $118,200.00 – $219,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
