Job Summary:

The Back-end Marketing Specialist is responsible for generating leads through various marketing activities and creating and distributing marketing content across different social media platforms. They assist in managing integrated marketing campaigns, analyze marketing data, conduct market research, and provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives. The specialist translates complex data into actionable insights and contributes to the development of creative marketing campaigns. They plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience, liaise with stakeholders, and stay updated with the market and online trends to ensure relevant campaigns and promotions. Awareness of best practice marketing techniques and tools is maintained to achieve successful outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generating outbound and inbound leads through marketing activities in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.).
  • Create, produce, and distribute marketing content across different social media platforms in different forms: pictures, blogs and articles, case studies, long and short videos, and podcasts.
  • Assist managers in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis.
  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
  • Translate complex data and analytical models into insights that can be used to develop marketing strategies.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns specialist.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels mainly social media.
  • Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities.
  • Stay up to date with Market and online trends relevant to the brand for ensuring campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market.
  • Maintain awareness of best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist.
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and market research methods.
  • Applicable knowledge in marketing data analytics and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.).
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Technical Skills of this Role:
