Summary PMP seeks a Data Analyst with evaluation and data analysis skills to serve on our Behavioral Health Team. This is a full-time position, working remotely. This person will focus on improving behavioral health outcomes for pediatric patients, with the potential to expand to additional service areas. The Data Analyst is responsible for overseeing and analyzing patient data for behavioral health patients; planning and implementing evaluation activities using multiple sources of data; identification, analysis and interpretation of operational data to support ongoing program needs; and producing reports to summarize findings, support program decisions and meet deliverables. In addition, the analyst will work with BI, patient access and finance team around collecting and reporting relevant data to support daily operations. Description Responsibilities: Design, implement and monitor evaluation of behavioral health outcomes, in coordination with Director of Population Health and Director of Behavioral Health Assist with development of survey instruments and assessments for primary data collection. Monitor and support data collection and management of operational data such as visit volume, patient visit times, etc. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for PMP leadership Assist in design and review of standard internal data dashboards Assist in preparing presentations on registry usage and patient outcomes for external audiences Respond to queries and data analysis requests by internal and external stakeholders. Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in health science, public health or equivalent experience Relevant experience in public health and health care data analysis. Relevant experience conducting program evaluation. Proficient in Excel and able to interpret and communicate data findings.
