BI Data Warehouse Analyst (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Identify and analyze interactions between customer behavior & service standards across channels and topics & provide recommendations for action
  • Design and further develop the content of our dispositive analysis options together with the specialist departments and the BI Competence Center
  • Tapping into diverse data sources for new analysis approaches and structuring and integrating them for reporting and forecasting purposes
  • Create and address regular and individual analyses and reports for KPI-based performance assessment
  • Perform complex database queries and tests to ensure data consistency and integrity

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on IT, (business) informatics or economics or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of BI/data warehouse (preferably SAS and IBM Cognos) with relational and multidimensional databases
  • Very good knowledge of SQL and experience in the use of programming and macro languages – knowledge of Python would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of data exploration and modeling as well as experience in data management on data quality and data protection aspects
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills with an eye for the essentials and the ability to present complex issues clearly
  • Excellent German language skills, at least at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
