What you can expect
Your tasks will include collecting, evaluating, documenting and managing technical business requirements for the directorate’s specialist departments and supporting the implementation of modern, future-oriented and sustainable IT solutions. In close cooperation with your area of responsibility and the interface partners of other municipalities, the federal states and the federal government, you will identify digitization potential and provide decisive impetus for digitization, which will flow into the department’s IT project portfolio. You will create specialist concepts in close cooperation with the customer and support the specialist architects in business process and business information design with regard to the best possible IT support and business process optimization.

You have
- a successfully completed university degree at Master’s level in the field of computer science or
- a successfully completed university degree at Master’s level
and
- particularly outstanding specialist knowledge with many years (at least three years) of practical experience in the field of requirements management and in accompanying organizational change processes
In particular, you bring with you
- Expertise: in the methods and tools of requirements management and the requirements management process, IT technology knowledge, experience in digitization projects
- Result and goal orientation, in particular analytical thinking, technical problem-solving skills and implementation skills
- Communication skills, in particular negotiation skills and mastery of presentation techniques
The following are an advantage
- Experience in business process management
- Experience in project and risk management
- Experience in agile process models, e.g. SCRUM
