Finite State is hiring for a Business Development Representative (BDR) team member reporting to the VP of Marketing to join our growing organization serving enterprise organizations in the North American market. In this role, you’ll work closely with the sales & marketing team, and help the go-to-market organization uncover new leads and convert them into opportunities to drive revenue for the entire company. What You’ll Do Develop a firm understanding of Finite State’s Total Addressable Market, buyer personas and Ideal Customer Profile Understand our core messages and differentiation vs competitive solutions with an eye toward what will resonate with Finite State prospects Generate a robust sales pipeline through lead follow-up and targeted outreach Track activity and sales results in Salesforce and report on defined KPIs.
