Job Description Overview: As a Business Systems Analyst with business acumen, you will partner with the Procurement & Finance business community along with internal/ external IT partners to define & deliver transformation roadmap. We have Procure to Pay, Quote to Cash, and Service to Repair business processes implemented through Oracle and other leading technologies where you will play a critical role in maintaining the business relationship and transform Procure to Pay space by leveraging technology. Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations Demonstrate functional expertise in Procure to Pay business process. Responsible for recommending and implementing industry leading practices and technologies Navigate within business and IT communities to achieve the goals based on published timelines Recommend product selection based on business requirements, prepare business case, lead implementation, enhancement and support Must have prior experience in Procure to Pay processes using products like Oracle, iValua and/ or Coupa Must be able to speak in business terms and represent based on the audience i.e. IT and/or business leadership, SI partners, Internal IT teams, Support groups Recommend, review and own the Functional/ technical solutions, evaluate short term or long term trade-offs based on business processes and make sure industry standard, scalable solutions are implemented Create/maintain functional specification documents, review technical specification documents, Oracle standard/ custom configurations documents, rollout strategies, end to end business flows, test scenarios and perform/ support end to end testing for business partners Desired Skills/Qualifications: Experience in end-to-end Project implementation/devops in one or multiple Procure to Pay areas. Ability to build relationships, influence key decision-makers, and collaborate with a cross-functional team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience to deliver the assigned projects Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills, detail oriented and a self-starter Research new technologies and implement them to make business processes and interactions easier for users Ability to analyze problems, work across teams and recommend solutions Experience implementing Oracle, Coupa, and/or other procurement applications is a PLUS!
