Main Responsibilities:
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with customers
- Ensure customer payments are made on time
- Manage customer portfolio by chasing payments, reconciling customer accounts
- Identify and escalate risks that could result in late payment of invoices
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- MS office skills
- Ability to organize own and other’s workload
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
