The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, sales teams, management layers, support and client retention and the employees. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company. Taking strict control in efficiency, workflows and employee wellbeing.
Responsibilities
Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together
Finding mistakes and errors in departments that are not following company workflows
avoid backlogs and focus on client retention
Make key decisions that will affect the company’s direction
Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
No 9-5 mentality
High level sales experience +5 years
Clear communication and open for criticism
High level Forex experience required.
5+ years’ experience in business related field
experience in leading companies and knows how to operate in all layers of the management structure
Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
Fluent english in speaking and writing.

Workhours
Monday – friday will be the main days, but there will be work in the weekends, its a all hands on deck position, so its only for the people who are willing to go the extra mile.
