Overview: As a Change Manager specializing in data and cloud technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation and adoption of advanced data and cloud solutions. You will lead change initiatives, develop strategies, and implement best practices to ensure successful integration and utilization of data and cloud technologies across the organization. Must be eligible to obtain SC Clearance

Responsibilities:

  1. Change Management Leadership:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to drive adoption and maximize the benefits of data and cloud technologies.
  • Lead cross-functional change management teams, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Develop communication plans, training materials, and other resources to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand their needs, address concerns, and secure buy-in for change initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, promoting the value of data-driven decision-making and cloud-based solutions.
  1. Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and barriers to successful change implementation, developing mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Develop and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of different user groups, ensuring proficiency in data and cloud technologies.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, helping them leverage data and cloud solutions effectively in their roles.
  1. Change Evaluation:
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and identify lessons learned.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance organizational capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in change management, preferably within the technology sector with a focus on data and cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, cloud computing architectures, and related technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading change initiatives and driving organizational transformation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Change management certification.
  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments is a plus.
