About the role

As our Operational Manager, you will be the backbone of our operational processes. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing our existing procedures, 
managing various teams, and ensuring task completion across the board. Your role will be pivotal in driving our business forward, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining our high 
standards of performance.

About you

Key Responsibilities:
Process Development & Optimization: Enhance and streamline current operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Management: Oversee Inventory teams, Graphic Design team, Operations team, and more, ensuring all tasks are completed timely and to high standards.
Task Management: Utilize Click Up to assign, track, and manage tasks across teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
Performance Monitoring: Implement performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and smooth operation.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow continuity.
Overlapping US Working Hours: Ensure availability during US PST business hours for effective communication and collaboration. From 7AM – 11 AM PST

Qualifications:

Proven Click Up Experience: Extensive experience in using Click Up for task and project management.

Ecommerce & Amazon Experience: Strong background in managing operations within Amazon FBA and ecommerce businesses.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple teams effectively.

Process Improvement: Skilled in developing and optimizing operational processes.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
