In our Department 1 – Control, Administration and Civil Protection – we are looking to fill the position of
Computer scientist (f/m/d) in the field of IT system administration / IT specialist Pay group 11 TV-L
in Unit 11 – Organization, Information and Communication – for an indefinite period.
Your tasks:
- Monitoring the IT infrastructure
- System administration and maintenance as well as installation of Windows and Linux servers
- Support for IT applications and specialist procedures
- Coordination and provision of software and hardware requirements
- User administration with Microsoft Active Directory
- Administration of the network printer infrastructure
- Cooperation with other authorities in the state’s own administrative network
- Creation of user manuals and internal IT documentation
- Collaboration in project work
We reserve the right to assign further or other tasks. We assume:
- Completed university degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in the field of computer science, administrative informatics, business informatics or another comparable field or
Equivalent skills and experience acquired through several years of relevant professional experience - Experience and knowledge in the areas of LAN infrastructure and LAN security
- Good knowledge of Windows server / Linux operating systems
- Good knowledge of the administration of Microsoft Active Directory
- Willingness to face the challenges in a dynamically developing and constantly changing field and thus also the willingness to take on new tasks and approach them creatively and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, think analytically and take responsibility for projects
- Commitment, ability to work in a team and resilience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Advantageous are:
- Professional experience in the IT sector
- Understanding of the business processes in the administration and the resulting requirements for information technology
- Class B driving license

Your payment:
If the personal and collective agreement requirements are met, you will be paid in pay group 11 according to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L).
