Computer Scientist / ITSM Process Manager Incident, Problem and Knowledge Management

Tasks
- As an ITSM process manager, you are responsible for managing, monitoring and optimizing ITSM processes (incident, problem and knowledge management).
- You develop proposals to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
- You will also be responsible for project management. This includes working on projects, developing concepts and coordinating and implementing specifications.
- You create and evaluate reports and key figures for management.
- You will also act as a Group-wide interface to key performers in IT and non-IT and take on other tasks.
Requirements
- You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and ITIL certification (Foundation).
- You have several years of extensive professional experience in first and second level support as well as in IT operations and IT operational quality.
- You are characterized by your strong communication skills, your assertiveness and your high degree of personal responsibility. You are reliable and attach great importance to a service-oriented way of working.
- You also impress with your conceptual thinking skills and high level of comprehension.

As a process manager with a focus on incident, problem and knowledge management, you will be responsible for setting up and continuously developing IT service management processes. You will optimize them in line with enercity’s business requirements and make any necessary adjustments. You will identify process optimizations in cooperation with the specialist departments and provide assistance with solutions for automation and digitalization. You are responsible for driving forward IT service processes and ensuring that IT is optimally positioned for current and future business goals. You will also communicate the standards and principles of a future-oriented process architecture and advise management.
