As our Continuous Improvement Expert you will be responsible for implementing GSK Production System (GPS) at Gödöllő site in cooperation with CI Central Team and continuously improve innovation process in order to involve every employee, keep up high level of motivation and deliver the highest impact on the Site’s financial benefit.

Seniority level: mid-level

Key responsibilities:

  • GPS practitioner: Support teams and functions in process and performance management (tier boards), and help them to improvement of 5S and  develop standard work at process, individual and task level. Lead and support GPS accelerators, Kaizen events and problem solving sessions.

  • DMAIC and Orange Belt coach: Provide support for site-wide DMAIC problem-solving process as a certified Orange Belt and certified OB coach.

  • Continuous Improvement Culture: Lead site-wide idea collection and evaluation system (Idea Factory), ensure its efficient operation and continuous improvement.  Ensure that ideas with a significant impact are approved within standard timeframe and their implementation begins in time. Make sure that idea owners receive timely feedback and being rewarded based on local regulations.

  • Digitization and simplification: Assessing the manual data management and administration tasks and creating a site-wide map of digitization opportunities, prioritizing them and leading the simplifications with the available resources.

Basic Qualifications:

  • University or college degree: pharmaceutical or life sciences or engineering or economics

  • At least 3 years of industrial experience preferably in multinational environment

  • Excellent analytical skills and developmental mindset

  • Fluent English and Hungarian language skills (both written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in DMAIC/Six Sigma methodology – Orange Belt certification is an asset

  • Awareness of various simplification and lean tools and techniques, hands on experience of their implementation

  • Computer skills MS Office, SAP, Power Apps, Power BI
